The Beach Motel is located at Point Mugu, on the peninsula between the Mugu Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. The motel's comfortable rooms and suites have microwaves and refrigerators. Guests enjoy a 24-hour convenience store and an outdoor recreation rental facility.

The RV Park is located right on the beach with 72 full hook-up spaces complete with electricity, sewer, water, cable TV and phone jacks. Each site rents for, (call for prices), per night for active duty, retired or reservists. DoD civilians pay, (call for prices), per night. Half the park has spaces set up on a first-come first-served basis and reservations are available for the other sites by calling (805) 989-8407.

The Port Hueneme PV Park has 34-service sites with picnic tables and extra parking space. Active Duty Military personnel may rent a space at the RV Park for, (call for prices), per night and DOD civilians and other authorized users pay, (call for prices), per night.
