MWR Daily On-Going Classes and Programs
The MWR Fitness Center is conducting free on-going classes for all levels of fitness. Take advantage of our certified instructors and receive a free fitness program designed to meet your fitness goals and objectives. All programs are held at the gymnasium in Building 16.
Free to Active Duty Military. All classes are taught in the Fitness Center
