Facility use is FREE to all active duty, reservists, retirees, dependents and DoD civilians. Civilian contractors are invited to purchase a monthly or yearly Membership Pass to include facility and fitness class use.
Fitness classes are FREE for active duty, reservists, retirees and dependents. DoD civilians and non-member civilian contractors are required to pay a small fee for fitness classes. Monthly, annual and per class Membership Passes are available. Passes are available at all San Diego Metro Gyms and Fitness Centers

Peak Physique – NAB Gym
Group Exercise Class Description
SPIN: This motivating indoor cycling class is designed to offer a non-impact, high intensity, cardio workout to all participants, from beginners to advanced riders. Each class includes music, a warm up, stretching and a cool-down. A towel and water are a necessity. Beginner spinners please arrive 15 minutes early for bike set-up.
PILATES: A mind and body anaerobic exercise with concentration on smooth movements and proper body alignment. The focus of the exercise is to develop a strong core while developing increased flexibility, range of motion and stress awareness. You will learn basic, intermediate and advanced moves on this all-mat class.
STEP: A motivating cardiovascular workout which utilizes an adjustable step, features a great mix of athletic and rhythmic combinations. Class consists of a warm up, basic, intermediate and advanced moves, followed by strength training, abdominal toning and stretching.
MIND TRAINING/MEDITATION: Calm your day; meditation is the complementary practice to mindfulness. Improve your mental strength and increase your focus. No physical exercise or stretching involved.
TRIPLE “C”: Cardio Circuit Circle – a circuit class that challenges your cardiovascular system to the limit and works to improve your agility. Using a variety of equipment and exercises, this interval class will triple your workout efforts.
REP REEBOK: A periodized training program to help improve muscular strength, function, shape and definition. This class uses platforms (steps), free weights and body bars offering a full body lift. The choreographed program runs on a three-month cycle of endurance, strength and power. Anyone can join and participate at any phase of the cycle.
November: Strength – heavier weights and fewer repetitions
December: Power – follows strength but adds in plyometrics
January: Endurance – lighter weights and more repetitions
